Steve Maggi

Steve Maggi is an immigration law attorney with over a decade of experience. His practice motto is "building the bridge to your American dream" and, since joining Kanen Law Firm as of counsel in 2013, his mission and focus have been helping foreign nationals realize their dream of living, working, running a business, studying or retiring legally in the U.S. through a variety of visas including employment based visas for skilled workers, professionals and artists, business visas for the expansion of international businesses into the U.S., investor visas and EB-5 green cards, family petitions, residency and citizenship applications.

Mr. Maggi graduated from Georgetown University Law Center and spent three years working in Miami before launching his own practice, spending eight years practicing U.S. immigration law based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, where he helped hundreds of Latin American clients get visas and green cards to live in the U.S., including many entrepeneurs and business owners who sought to expand their existing businesses into the U.S., invest in franchises or manage their own start-up businesses. During his time with Kanen Law Firm, Mr. Maggi has become an invaluable resource to the Firm and to our many international clients.  Mr. Maggi is fluent in Spanish and, in his free time, is heavily involved with a number of international and domestic non-proffit organizations.
