Benjamin Malka, Esq.
Benjamin Malka’s practice focuses primarily on securities and blockchain law. He has a substantial experience in investment adviser registration and regulation, seed arrangements and securities compliance. Ben has solid experience in conducting risk assessments and enhancing compliance programs to meet established industry "best practices" and SEC/CFTC regulations, as well as providing comprehensive compliance training to management and employees.
Ben holds several degrees, in business law and management from universities in Europe. He received an LL.M. from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, when he conducted research on the impact of the blockchain technology on corporate governance matters. In California, Ben offered pro bono legal services to pre-revenue startup companies.
Before moving to the United States, Ben worked for an international law firm in Paris and for a tech company in London. He also worked for the Delegation of the European Union to the United Nations in New York when he followed closely Security Council matters.
Ben speaks English, French and Spanish.
